Then fill that need. This is sometimes more difficult then it seems- but possible most of the time. Even if that meant sending them (or going myself) to another store to get what they need.I have also held the position of Chef Manager. Developing weekly menus that were V.P. quality- but within corporate monthly budget guidelines. Prior to this position- I have held several positions as a Cook Supervisor. I was responsible for the preparation of specialized diets. That included cardiac patients- low salt diets for kidney patients, and blended diets- to name a few critical ones.

I would also be supervising the rest of the kitchen simultaneously.My introduction into foodservice was as a doughnut maker. I later attended Johnson &Wales University for two sessions of pastry baking. I worked throughout my local area as a baker.

I achieved the position as a Multi-line bench baker. Able to make: Breads, rolls, bagels, puff pastries, Danish, croissants, pulled sugar, and cakes from raw ingredients. I later achieved a Pastry Chef position at Stephanie’s, a local four star restaurant.
